Processing Charges
This section outlines the mandatory article processing charges (APCs) applicable upon final acceptance of a manuscript. These charges cover administrative, editorial, and technical expenses associated with peer review, plagiarism checks, typesetting, DOI registration, digital preservation, and long-term hosting infrastructure.
1. For Authors Affiliated with Indian Institutions
- Standard Processing Fee: ₹1850 INR (up to 6 pages, double-column format)
- Page Limit:
- 6 pages (double-column format), or
- 8 pages (single-column format)
- Authorship Limit: Up to 6 authors per submission without additional charges
- Exceeding page limit will incur additional charges per extra page.
2. For Authors Outside India
- Standard Processing Fee: $100 USD (up to 6 pages, double-column format)
- Page Limit:
- 6 pages (double-column format), or
- 8 pages (single-column format)
- Additional charges apply for each page beyond the standard limit.
3. Payment Policy
- Payment is due only after formal acceptance of the manuscript.
- Accepted payment methods and specific instructions will be communicated by the editorial office.
- All payment details must be submitted accurately. The editorial office is not responsible for delays or processing failures caused by incomplete or incorrect payment information.
- No submission, review, or publication process will proceed until full payment is received and verified.
